8D use case:
-When a customer finds a non-conformity or defect in the audit of the factory site, it is a serious defect, a major defect, and a recurring secondary defect.
- Duplicate customer complaints or recurring product defects found on the market.
-QA final inspection found serious maladjustment, major adverse and recurrent secondary maladjustment.
- IPQC continuously finds the same bad phenomenon in three locations or the same bad phenomenon in three reasons at the same production site.
-Serious defects or recurring defects found during production or testing.
-Insufficient or repetitive defects found in incoming inspections or supplier audits should require suppliers to provide 8D reports.
-Those defects that require longer-term improvements to resolve, and when the relevant program files explicitly require an 8D report to be submitted.
